The short version
We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our contact form so we can respond to you. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't share what you send us with anyone outside of Chaingent except the tools we use to run the business (listed below).
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, phone number, and message you provide. We don't collect this information any other way — we don't use cookies for advertising or analytics, and we don't track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a potential engagement, and keep a record of that conversation. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a marketing list without your say-so.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in a Microsoft Azure SQL database and delivered to our team by email through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph). Our site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which also provides basic technical monitoring (error rates, performance) for the site itself — not for tracking individual visitors. This site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which — like any externally hosted resource — receives your IP address when the page loads them.
We don't share, sell, or rent the information you submit to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email info@chaingent.ai and we'll respond.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use this site after a change means you accept the update.
